At Mater Private Network Dublin each visit to the Emergency Department starts with assessment by an Emergency Department Consultant. Depending on your condition, tests or treatment may be required; in other cases, admission for hospital-based care might be recommended. At each step you will be advised of the Emergency Department consultants’ recommendations and any related costs, so that you can decide if you want to continue with your care.
