Experience

Ian has worked for over twenty years as a practitioner psychologist and orthopaedic surgeon. He has also worked as the chief medical officer within GB & NI in partnership with the British Government.

Medical management of other clinical practices fulfil Ian’s passion to create widescale benefit for many patients while also facilitating commercial success.

He has a keen interest in the relationship between mental and physical health. This specialist approach underpins the Imagine Health practice which is based in Dublin and London.

Imagine Health has provided wellbeing support and training for Google, Dropbox and other organisations in Dublin, London, Zurich and Singapore among others for the last six years.

Recently this work has expanded to include UK universities.

The clinical experience has enabled the creation and development of a digital application called POWR which enhances individual’s wellbeing through better sleep, diet, exercise, social confidence and work-place satisfaction.

This work and other wellbeing support provided by Ian and his team to thousands of people, along with clinical expertise, facilitates insight about what can protect as well as optimise mental health.
