Education & Experience 

Dr. Ahmed Mansur is a Consultant Cardiologist at Mater Private Network, Dublin.

Dr. Mansur became a member of the Royal College of Physicians of the United Kingdom (MRCP UK) in 2013 before going on to complete the General Cardiology Fellowship Training Program at Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) in Qatar in 2017. In 2021 he achieved Level 3 competence certification in cardiac MRI and obtained Level II accreditation in Cardiac CT from both the British Society of Cardiovascular Imaging (BSCT) and Society of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography (SCCT). In addition, he holds certifications in transthoracic and transoesophageal echocardiography. He completed a two-year Advanced Cardiac Imaging Fellowship at Mater Private Network in Dublin in 2022. Prior to joining Mater Private Network as a consultant in 2024, he worked as a cardiology registrar and consultant cardiologist in various hospitals across Ireland.

Special Interests 

Dr. Mansur’s area of expertise is in Advanced Cardiac Imaging, and he has extensive experience in cardiac MRI, cardiac CT, and both transthoracic and transoesophageal echocardiography.

Clinical Research & Professional Memberships

Dr. Mansur is a member of the Royal College of Physicians of the United Kingdom (MRCP UK) since 2013, and a Member of Arab Board of Health Specializations in General Cardiology and General Medicine. He is a co-author of the SETANTA study (a Study of Heart Disease and Immunity After Covid-19 in Ireland, the first research study of its kind in Ireland).
