Mater Private Network Ranked 2nd Most Sustainable Organisation in Ireland
Mater Private Network has been recognised as the second most sustainable organisation in Ireland, according to the 2024 RepTrak® Sustainability Index.
The RepTrak® Sustainability Index 2024 assesses the public’s perception of 100 leading organisations across key factors, including Ethical Conduct, Social Performance, Workplace and Environmental Impact.
Mater Private Network’s strong performance in the people-focused categories of Ethical Conduct and Social Impact significantly contributed to its overall high ranking. This achievement reflects the network’s unwavering commitment to delivering world-class patient care while supporting staff and upholding the highest ethical standards across its ten centres of care in Ireland.
The healthcare sector was the top-performing industry for sustainability, with the Index noting that public perceptions are increasingly recognising healthcare organisations for their positive societal impact, their ability to enhance lives and communities, and their care for the health and wellbeing of their employees.
Mr. John Hurley, CEO of Mater Private Network, commented: “We are humbled to be named the second most sustainable organisation in Ireland.
