Mater Private Network has become the first hospital in Ireland to achieve ‘Top Employer’ certification

Mater Private Network is delighted to announce it has been certified as a ‘Top Employer’ by the prestigious Top Employers Institute. Being certified as a Top Employer showcases an organisation’s dedication to a better world of work and how the organisation exhibits this through excellent human resource policies and people practices. 

The Institute has certified over 2,300 organisations in 121 countries, including global companies like Takeda, DHL, Pepsico, GlaxoSmithKline, Ford, Coca Cola and more. 

Top Employer audited our HR & TA strategy, systems, processes, impacts and employee engagement with considerable rigour, always using “best in class” as the benchmark standard. So, receiving this accreditation is a huge achievement for Mater Private Network. 

We are the first hospital/healthcare organisation in Ireland to have achieved this distinction. Reaching this accreditation also marks another milestone in the organisation’s journey to become the very best hospital to work at in Ireland.
